Open Question: Which ARMY post Should we go to?

My husband and I are stationed here at Ft. Bliss in El Paso Texas. We are planning to re enlist and hopefully PCS out of here... However we have NO idea where to go. We like the heat A LOT but we can handle the cold. My family is in Utah and his is in Wyoming. We would also like to go to a pretty safe place with low crime. Also We would LOVE to be around some mountains If that helps any? A lot of people have told me to go to Kentucky, Apparently it's beautiful there and they have a lot of mountains. We are already aware of Ft. Carson CO. We are really thinking about that one but we really don't know much about the base.
